Ethiopian Airlines, the largest airline in Africa, has announced that it will start direct flights from Addis Ababa to Cape Town on 30 June. Morning flights will depart from Addis Ababa at 09.30 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and arrive in Cape Town at 17:30. Evening flights take will take off at 23.30 from Addis Ababa every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, landing in Cape Town at 07:50. Direct flights to Gaborone in Botswana are also on the horizon.
